Step #1: Discovery Call
Time: 15 minutes
We start with a convenient phone consultation to discuss your vision and provide a ballpark cost range (if possible). This is a great opportunity to ask questions about our process and identify if your budget matches your project ideas.
Step #2: On Site Visit
Time: 30 minutes
If we find common ground virtually and the budget is on par for your ideas, we will follow up with an in-person visit to your home. Photos and notes will be taken in order to prepare a custom Pre-Construction Design Plan Proposal.
Step #3: Pre-Construction Design Proposal Meeting
Time: 1 hour
Here is where the planning starts! At the Design Proposal meeting, we go over your design phase, what it includes, timelines, and the associated costs relating to design, construction documents, architectural plans, HOA packets, etc.
Step #4: Design Phase
Time: 2-8 weeks
You're ready to get started designing, great! The design phase is fun! With our team of skilled designers, architects, engineers, and contractors, we work closely with you to create detailed design and construction plans that capture every aspect of your vision, all while staying within your budget. At the end of this phase, you will be presented all the construction documents needed to start the project, as well as our firm fixed bid.
Step #5: Construction Phase
Time: 1-12 months
The design is completed and you have approved your firm fixed bid. Exciting! Now we move into the construction phase, where the actual magic happens! You can expect a seamless transition guided by our dedicated project manager and operations team. We have carefully selected and vetted a roster of trusted tradespeople who bring their expertise to every aspect of your remodeling project.
Step #6: Punch Lists
Time: 1 week
99% of the construction is completed, but here is where a lot of GC's mess things up! By leaving little things unfinished. At this phase, we conduct thorough walkthroughs with you to ensure that every detail is up to your satisfaction. Our team creates punch lists, documenting any final touches or adjustments needed to achieve perfection. We take pride in our attention to detail, and don't consider the job complete until all items on the punch list have been addressed.
